Quiet Space - low lighting
WATER - bath, shower
toilet (for obvious reasons) and for sitting on (backwards even)
big ball swivel
tennis ball massage lower back
hands and knees rocking
polar bear/child pose (head down, bum up on knees)
lean over sink/table/counter, legs sread
lunges, front foot on a foot stool.
relax - loose shoulders
open mouth, moan
